A Registered Architect in Georgia since 1988, Andy’s background also includes teaching college-level courses on building codes and life safety codes for 16 years. As the head of the Atlanta office of Southeast Studios Inc., Andy’s hands-on experience ensures practical, code-compliant, and innovative designs that meet both client needs and regulatory standards.

Greg Mix, a seasoned architect with over 45 years of experience, complements Andy’s expertise with a strong focus on custom residential design and high-end commercial projects. A Registered Architect in Georgia since 1982, Greg’s work spans a variety of building types, including multi-family, mixed-use developments, and retail spaces. He is the principal of Greg Mix & Associates Architects Inc. and has a deep understanding of Neo-Classical, Modern European, and American architectural styles. Greg’s work in custom residential design has earned accolades such as "Best of Houzz" in 2013 and 2014. He heads the Gwinnett office of Southeast Studios Inc.
