From the street the double front door is framed by sender posts that march along the front and around the corner to create the L-shaped covered porch. Inside the entry is spacious with a coat closet and bench just to the left along with a half bathroom. Along your way to the living room you pass a set of stairs, one leading down to the basement foundation the other up to the second floor. The living room is natually bright from a large window display along the front wall. A seamless transition between the living room and dining room allow people and conversations to flow freely through the great room. A sliding glass door along the dining room opens the space up to the outdoors and the terrace beyond - ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living. The kitchen is filled with ample counter space and offers a center island with eating bar. Just a few steps away is the walk-in pantry along with access to the mudroom which leads to the attached 1 car side entry garage. Upstairs you'll find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private en-suite complete with separate tub and shower. The two secondary bedrooms share another full bathroom.

What's Included in a Plan Set?
Artist's Rendering: An artist's drawing of the home, usually viewed from the front, and general construction notes.
Elevations: Shows the front, sides, and rear, including exterior materials, trim sizes, roof pitches, etc.
Main Floor Plan: Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors, & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details.
Floor Framing Plan (if any): Shows location and spacing of floor joists and supporting walls or beams.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc.
Section & Details: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
