Each plan detail page has a modification request form. Simply click Get Started!

Quote

Your request will be sent directly to a HPC designer to evaluate and prepare a FREE modification quote.

Quotes are prepared within approximately two (2) business days.
Step #4
Design

Once you have received and approved the modification quote you are ready to get started on the revision process!
Step #5
Build

Timeframe and design process will vary by designer but once your customizations are completed you are ready to move on to the next phase!

What types of modifications can The House Plan Company help me with?

Simple Customizations

The following changes are easy to incorporate. In some jurisdictions these revisions are allowed without modifying the plans. Simple Customizations may include:

• Changing exterior materials
• Changes to non-load bearing walls
• Changing appliance locations
• Adjusting cabinet configurations

Moderate Customizations

Below are examples of revisions that are significant and will require modifications to the construction documents. Moderate Customizations may include:

• Adding or removing a room

• Changing exterior wall framing
• Garage entry orientation changes
Complex Customizations

Modifying a plan's footprint will significantly alter the original design and can result in major plan revisions. Complex Customizations may include:

• Changing the footprint of the plan
• Moving room locations
• Adding a basement with floor plan
• Altering or adding a second floor
